Today's workout was a simple run. A slow, no-fuss 3.11 miles that culminated at the only open coffee shop in my neighborhood (thank you, Ugly Mug!). Chicago was completely quiet, and the streets were empty save for the odd patrol car. It was the perfect time to reflect on all the awesome stuff that's happened this year and how thankful Team Athletish is for your continued support. It means the world to us!
